Delivery Information – Same Day Drip

At Same Day Drip, we pride ourselves on getting your order to you fast across the Manchester area.

Processing & Dispatch  
All orders are processed immediately once placed during our opening hours.

Our Opening Hours  
We operate 7 days a week, 9:00am – 12:00am (midnight).  
Please note: opening times and days may occasionally vary.

Delivery Areas & Fees  
We currently offer same day delivery within our Manchester service radius:

- Within 10 miles: £1.99 delivery fee  
- Within 20 miles: £3.99 delivery fee  

Delivery eligibility is automatically calculated at checkout based on your postcode.

Delivery Timeframe  
We aim to have your items delivered within the hour of your order being placed.

Please note:  
- Unexpected traffic or high demand may occasionally cause delays.  
- Delivery during peak times may take longer than one hour.  
- If any delays occur, Same Day Drip will keep you updated on your delivery status.

Order Updates  
You will receive confirmation when your order is out for delivery. Our team may contact you if needed to ensure smooth delivery.

Missed Deliveries  
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed, our team will contact you to rearrange where possible.  
Please note: As we deliver goods on the same day, any redelivery will incur an additional delivery charge, which must be paid before a new delivery attempt is made. Where safe and appropriate, we may leave your package in a secure place to help you avoid an additional delivery charge.

Incorrect Address  
Please double-check your address at checkout. Same Day Drip cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

Delivery Issues  
If there is any issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery time and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
